Lobbying

I have developed extensive relationships with elected officials in the state legislature from across the political spectrum, as well as their staff. These relationships have helped me develop an approach.

My approach is:

  • Propose and/or track relevant legislation

  • write a position paper

  • consult with other lobbyists

  • schedule at least three meetings with stakeholders in Harrisburg

  • Talk with the Majority and Minority Leaders when the bill is out of committee.

Parliamentarian

As a Parliamentarian, I provide work on:

  • Creation and reworking of bylaws

  • Mediations

  • Training for organization chairs or presidents

My Experience

Field Director
Cunningham for PA 2022

As David Cunningham's Field Director, I picked voter targets, cut and recut turfs, recruited volunteers, and launched canvasses every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from Labor Day to the Election.

Opposition research and Data Intern
Christina Sappey 2020

In 2020, I was the lead data intern and opposition researcher for the re-election campaign for State Representative Christina Sappey during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additional tasks were: yard sign management, cutting turfs, lit dropping those turfs, and making well over a thousand phone calls.

Texting Moderator Biden Harris 2020
I and three other students created a Gen Z outreach texting strategy for originally just Pennsylvania that was taken by the national campaign into other states. This was when I served as a texting moderator for the Biden campaign.
Commitee Person 2020-present

Since 2020, I have served as a Committee Person for London Britain  Township, Pennsylvania. I have also served on the Chester County Democratic Committee Executive Committee, County Data Analytics Committee,  and the County Conventions, Elections, and Bylaws Committee. This work has resulted in me making many connections throughout Pennsylvania and other states.

Communications Director/Secretary Chester County Association of Township Officials
2023-2024

The main part of my job is to lobby and advocate for the local governments of Chester County at the state level. Most of the bills I track here are related to local government issues. I meet with elected officials in and out of Chester County even though the organization only represents Chester County.

Parliamentarian

I became a certified parliamentarian for Robert's Rules of Order by the National Association of Parliamentarians in July 2022. Since then, I have worked with two different school boards to resolve differences and completely overhaul board politics and rules.

About me

About me

My first exposure to elections and politics that I remember was at age 7 (2008), when Obama and Biden ran for President. At that time, I was hitting a really hard bump in life. My family saw that I was in a slump, so they pointed me to the very exciting 2008 Presidential election.
